Energetic Resourcing for Solidarity
We are witnessing genocide in real time. Join us for a somatic session with Sangoma, Gogo Khanyakude to expand our capacity to stand in solidarity of colonized people worldwide
Time & Location
Nov 02, 2023, 6:00 PM – Nov 03, 2023, 7:00 PM
About the event
We stand in solidarity with colonized people across the globe.
Prior to the black out in Gaza, we were witnessing the most extreme attack on Palestinians since the Nakba in 1948. There is a silent genocide in Congo over Coltan and multinational military intervention in Haiti.
In these times, it is easy to feel helpless. It is easy to dissociate. We invite you to join us for a somatic session with South African Sangoma, Gogo Khanyakude to increase our capacity to stay connected and informed.
Please join us on Zoom from 6-7:00pm on Thursday, November 2nd.
Many will be descending on the US capital on November 4th to demand the US calls for a ceasefire in Gaza. We intend for this session to resource those protesting in person and those protesting from home. We want to be able to honor the asks of organizers which include boycotting many companies that provide us with daily comforts. This session seeks to remind us of our shared humanity so we can stand in our power and stand in solidarity with all who suffer at the hands of imperialism.
